Join the federation

This form creates your account — an identifier plus the password you choose — and submits your application to the membership authority (MA). The MA reviews your organization details and approves; the account then activates for enrollment. The public registry publishes only your identifier, keys, and the federation's relays. Everything else below is kept privately by the MA for the membership contract — never published, never on the wire.
